Q: Is there a minimum rental requirement for Free Delivery?
A: Yes, $49.00.
Unfortunately, due to rising fuel costs, heavy traffic along the coasts, and very high seasonal demands, we now require a $49 minimum for free delivery (within the local service area).
For rentals totaling less than $49 a $20 delivery charge will be added.

Q: Is there a minimum age for renting the equipment? 

A: Yes, due to safety and liability reasons, the person renting the equipment must be at least 18 years of age. There is no age limit requirement for using the equipment as long as there is a responsible parent or guardian over the age of 18 accompanying any minors.

Q: Do I need to put down a deposit?

A: When making reservations for any equipment, a $50 deposit will be needed to hold the equipment and to schedule the drop off/ pick up times. The balance can be paid at the time of the rental. The deposit can be paid via credit, debit, Venmo or Pay Pal.

Q: How Long In advance must I cancel my reservation to avoid losing my deposit?

A: In cases of same day cancellations or ‘no shows,’ sorry, but the $50 deposit is non-refundable. In situations where the weather or other conditions make being on the water unsafe, the rental time or date can be rescheduled by arrangement.  Unfortunately, due to our lack of control over the elements, there are no weather related refunds, only reschedulings.*

When making reservations for over $200 of rental equipment, half the price of the rental will be charged as a deposit (Not to exceed $175) with the balance being paid at or before the time of rental.   We’re sorry, but due to scheduling and a limited amount of available equipment, 48 hour notice is required to receive a full refund*.   Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance can still be refunded 50% of their deposit. In cases of same day cancellations the full deposit is non-refundable, but can still be applied to another available time.

Q: How long can we use the rental gear? 

A: Our rental periods are from 0-2 hours, between 2-4 hours and more than 4-8 hour rentals, which are considered ALL DAY.  (Night pickups or rentals may be available with prior arrangement*)

Q: What should I bring?

A: Due to potentially hot and sunny or cold/ wet and windy conditions I recommend:

  • Lots of water
  • swim Suit
  • sun block
  • sun glasses
  • towel
  • snack/ food
  • change of Clothes (for after)
  • water shoes, flop flops or sandals (in case you want to walk along the shore)
  • a hat or visor
